Robert M. AngelEVP, Business and Legal Affairs
As the EVP, Business and Legal Affairs at SEE Global Entertainment, Robert M. Angel oversees all legal and business matters relating to all SEE entities.
Angel is responsible for advising and counseling SEE management and executives on matters relating to the company’s business. This includes corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, copyright and trademark, litigation and rights acquisitions. Additionally, Angel acts as a liaison with all outside law firms and negotiates agreements with game developers, motion picture studios, television networks and other intellectual property licensors.
With more than 30 years of experience, Angel has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all phases of development, production, distribution and exploitation within the entertainment industry.
Angel earned his political science and Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He currently resides in Pasadena, California.
